You can order a repeat prescription for your pet using the form below. Please note that all prescription requests are reviewed by a vet and an appointment may be required before a repeat prescription can be provided.

When we receive your request we will contact you and let you know if you need to visit or when your prescription will be ready. If your prescription is time dependant, please do not use this form, call us on 01753 316081.
