Exporting captive birds

Travel Vet can help you export any number and any species of bird, including parrots. Many countries require that birds be quarantined before they travel, during which time they must be tested for avian influenza (bird flu).

We can also help you arrange quarantine facilities at Heathrow Airport and carry out the necessary health checks, tests, and certification.

Exporting Falcons/Birds of Prey

Our Travel Vet team are experienced in issuing Export Health Certificates (EHC) for the export of Birds of Prey. Special holding facilities are available for bird keepers at Heathrow Airport, where your bird (or birds) can be inspected and certified before their departure.
