Very friendly people, fantastic service and prices are much better that any outer normal vet ( nearly half price compared to my vet). Really appreciated for consulting and advices. Travel with pet thru Europe with our pet was easy peasy.

Professional and friendly. I have heard from others that the health certificate has taken quite a long time to prepare in other vets, but travel pets are experts in this and it took no time at all. Also, the price was extremely competitive. Will be my place to go everytime we travel again with the dog.

Really helpful for arranging my dogs rabies vaccine and preparing the visit for a animal health certificate. The staff all seem very friendly and can't do enough for you. This is a very professional company with competitive prices. I would recommend for anyone wanting to take their dog abroad

I am writing as a veterinary surgeon and member of RCVS. Loved the people who work here, because of their kind, cheerful and helpful attitude. This service is really good and for the half price rather than most services.

Faultless, fast, professional and friendly. I need a set of rabies vaccinations at short notice. The lovely fitted me in the next day and they were 25% cheaper than my local vet who wanted to make me wait a week to see them.
The vet (Jag) was relaxed and excellent with the dogs. Everything done in a relaxed and efficient manner, which meant the dogs were at ease.

Travel Vets helped us with paperwork to take my assistance (service) dog to Europe and then again to travel to Australia. They were incredibly kind, my dog LOVED them, and they were exceedingly knowledgeable about the paperwork for both entry to Europe (& return to the UK) and entry into Australia. When I travel in the future to Europe with my service dog, I will make sure I go through London Heathrow so Travel Vets can do the paperwork, so I know it will all go smoothly.

We are taking our dog Harry back to NZ and Tavel Vet have been dealing with his vaccinations and health checks. Travel Vet are caring and professional experts in this field and Harry is not phased and is very relaxed when he has an appointment.

The process and service was very efficient from start to finish. The appointment was easy to make. The receptionist was very helpful with explanation of all the documents that I needed for my dog for the A.H.C. Email was.sent for appointement confirmation. Once there the vet was friendly and all the paperwork were done quickly and efficiently. It was a very good painless experience and I will use them again. Also, their fee was a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I can't praise them enough.
